Our state is losing revenue
and jobs in complementary and natural health services to nearby states that
protect health freedom rights.
The Solution
Consumer and Health Freedom Access Act
Wisconsin Health Freedom Coalition is seeking an
exemption, or safe harbor, from licensed health care practice acts, for the
many natural healing arts that are practiced in our state and pose no risk of
harm to the public. We assert that the freedom to access the healing services
and nutritional information is a fundamental right, not a privilege.
To have
legislation to protect Our Freedom of Choice
Promote legislative reform, giving people unhindered access to all health information, services, treatments, and products that they deem beneficial for their own health and survival.
Promote legislative reform, giving the right to practice to all licensed and unlicensed practitioners of all modalities of the healing arts, including natural and complementary care.
Promote legislative reform, giving the right to licensed and unlicensed practitioners and health care educators to teach people all facets of health
management, using all modalities of the healing arts, including natural and complementary
services.
Promote legislative reform, giving the right to licensed and unlicensed health care educators to instruct and offer in-classroom and correspondence courses in all modalities of the healing arts, including natural and complementary health care practices to students and apprentices.
Promote perpetual access, without the need of a doctor’s prescription, to food supplements in potencies above the RDA:
also access to herbs, herbal products, essential oils, and all natural health care products.
Promote
freedom to teach, without fear of being charged with violating the Wisconsin
Health Professions Codes and all natural and complementary
health care modalities.
